Surprise

So Nick surprised me and got home tonight. He tried to get one passed me, but I started catching on. He told me that he got of work at 6 PM, and that he was going to the gym and then to a movie with a friend in Lubbock tonight. I just had a feeling he was coming home, and he was!! Yeah!

Trip to Amarillo

Last weekend I met up with Nick in Amarillo, TX and we drove to New Mexico. It was for a company get together at a partner's lake house. It was very enjoyable and everyone was very nice. We met up with everyone and had dinner on Friday night and then on Saturday we spent all day at the lake. The weather was beautiful! Nick had a blast on the jet skies and also driving the boat. It was a very fun and exhausting weekend. . .the drive always kills me.

This is me . . . my legs are red, but not from this day. We had a work swim party and I always forget to put sunscreen on my legs.

The jet skies were a blast. The yellow one was very fast and Nick and I fell off of it. I prefered the white one because it didn't have as much power.

Thankfully I wont be having to drive long distances anymore to see my husband!! Yeah! Nick will be packing up tonight and on his way home tommorrow! I can't wait for him to be home. I have missed him these past 6 weeks.
